If you are bringing a visitor, you must complete the Lovejoy High School Prom Visitor Form and submit to Ms. Martinez by Thursday, April  6th, 2023 by 4:30 pm. Emailed forms or late forms will not be accepted after the deadline and ticket refunds will not be issued.  Visitors without an approved form on file will not be permitted entry to the event. The form will be attached to the email confirmation you receive after purchasing your tickets or you may pick one up at the school store.
